Rest Is a Skill Rest isn’t something you earn after burnout. It’s something you need in order to function. This class breaks down the seven types of rest and how each one directly impacts your energy, focus, emotional regulation, and ability to get things done. Because if you’re trying to be productive while chronically under-rested in the wrong ways, nothing is going to stick. You’ll learn how to identify which types of rest you’re actually lacking, how to build them into your life in realistic, actionable ways, and how to stop mistaking collapse for recovery. This isn’t about doing nothing—it’s about restoring the parts of you that are depleted so daily tasks stop feeling so damn heavy. Rest is not laziness. It’s maintenance. And when you learn how to do it on purpose, everything else works better.

Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any session. Appointments canceled or changed with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will result in a 20% fee, which will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. This policy is strictly enforced. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.
