With a blend of life-management coaching, spiritual clarity, ADHD-friendly strategies, and plant-powered support, we get you out of survival mode and back into a life that feels joyful, intentional, and actually doable. Think of it as your personalized roadmap—with herbal extracts, aromatherapy, and no-nonsense guidance—to help you step into the woman you’re becoming.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any session. Appointments canceled or changed with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will result in a 20% fee, which will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. This policy is strictly enforced. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.
