During your 30–60 minute herbal consultation, we will discuss your current wellness goals, daily routines, lifestyle, preferences, and any factors that may influence which herbs are the best fit for you. Using traditional herbal knowledge combined with evidence-based research, I will create personalized recommendations designed specifically around your individual needs. Within 48 hours of your consultation, you will receive a custom selection of recommended herbal products and formulas. You are never required to purchase everything recommended—you can choose the products that best fit your goals, preferences, and budget. Some recommendations may include existing formulas from The Alchemist Lady, while others may be handcrafted specifically for you. Custom formulas will come with a convenient reordering option, allowing you to continue your herbal routine without starting the process over again. Your consultation may include recommendations for: * Herbal tinctures and glycerites * Herbal syrups and supportive blends * Aromatherapy products * Topical herbal preparations * Personalized herbal routines My goal is not to overwhelm you with a cabinet full of products or tell you there is one "perfect" solution. My goal is to help you understand your options, find herbs that fit your life, and create a supportive herbal practice that feels sustainable.
