Every coaching relationship starts with a conversation. This complimentary Discovery Call is designed to help us determine whether we're the right fit to work together while giving you a clear understanding of my coaching approach and what you can expect moving forward. Before Your Discovery Call To make the most of our time together, you'll complete a few simple steps beforehand: Complete the New Client Packet that is sent via email. It includes: - Fill out the New Client Form - Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Quiz - Thinking Traps Quiz These help me gain a better understanding of your current challenges, communication style, and thought patterns so our conversation can be focused and productive. During Your Call During our one-on-one session, we'll: - Review your completed paperwork - Discuss your EQ and Thinking Traps quiz results and what they may reveal about your strengths and growth opportunities - Talk about my coaching philosophy, methods, and what it's like to work together - Explore what you hope to accomplish and whether my coaching is the best fit for your goals My coaching combines practical strategies with evidence-based tools to help you create sustainable, meaningful change. After Your Discovery Call Within 48 hours, you'll receive a final determination regarding whether we'll move forward together as a coaching client. This process ensures that every client receives the attention, support, and expertise they deserve and that we're a strong match for long-term success. If we decide to work together, we'll discuss the coaching package that best fits your goals and outline your next steps.
