Cold & Flu is a two-fold product. Taken at the onset of illness, it helps to reduce the symptoms and duration of a cold or flu. It can also be used as an immune booster after exposure to illness. I can't even begin to tell you how many times this product has saved my butt being a mom with kids who love nothing more than to cough on my food. You mom's know what I'm talking about.
