Seasonal Allergy Personal Inhaler
Custom essential oil blend to use in a diffuser or personal inhaler.
Diffuser:
Add 6 to 8 drops to water and diffuse in 30-minute intervals up to 4 times per day.
Personal Inhaler:
How to Use Your Personal Essential Oil Inhaler
1. Remove the cap and hold the inhaler just beneath one nostril.
2. Close the opposite nostril with a finger if desired.
3. Take 2–3 slow, gentle breaths through your nose. Avoid inhaling forcefully.
4. Repeat on the other nostril if you choose.
5. Replace the cap after each use to help preserve the aroma.
Use throughout the day as needed, allowing a few minutes between uses to notice how your body responds.
Care Tips
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
Keep the cap tightly closed when not in use.
For personal use only—do not share your inhaler with others.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Extra oil should be stored in the fridge to increase longevity.
To refill:
Unscrew the cap and pull out the cotton. Add 3 to 5 drops to the glass bottle. Add 2 to 3 drops to the cotton, then replace. Replace cap.
